'Sharrow' is the latest installation from label head honcho Micky Blue. The last EP from 'Micky Blue' was on the techno side, this time taking a more colourful approach to this one. 'Sharrow' is based around the glossy striding rhythm; it has a nice old school hat rhythm carefully crafted together with a blockbuster breakdown. A great baseline pumping in the background puts together a solid sounding track. The name comes from AOIR's producer D'Earl's enthralling actions with the opposite sex, so this track is a mark of respect for the untamed ventures 'D'Earl' finds himself in which we better not mention. The B-Side is 'Just Follow Me'; this record goes towards the deep side of the fence, again with prevailing baseline and chic female vocal. The breakdown builds up with a syncopated jazzy drum set into an eerie riff that assembles in and out.
