Jumping is an ability

That most humans and many animals shares to some degree

It is the process putting once body off the ground for a short time

It is only ones own power

Usually by propelling oneself upward vial contraction

And then force for extention of the legs

In some cases the hight of the jump

May be increased by using a trampoline

Or by pushing down with the arms while playing frog

Some can jump up to reach something high

Jump over a fence or ditch or jump down

And one can jump while dancing

But jump also is the cinnamon for an acciting style of dancing

Just to freak out for some time
