Natural Disasters - Jamillions
Has the earth stopped spinning
'Cause our world keeps crumbling down
Now we can't even stand on our own 2 feet no more
It's that hurricane season
'Cause we can't get out of the storm
Is there shelter out there
That could keep us there nice and warm
What happened to the good old days
When we never had problems
We used to be good at making up
But now we can't solve 'em
No
Now the rain won't slow down
And the sun won't come out
And all that we have to say is
First there was fire
Burnt a hole through our heart and then
And then came the water
Fallen down there's no way to win
First when our world shattered
There was no way out of the cold
Now we know
I guess that's what happens when there's
Natural disasters
Was the sun stopped burning
'Cause we can't feel nothing but cold
Is there anyone there
That can lend a hand out of the snow
Now the floor keeps shaking
And all the lights keep flickering out
Is there anyway we can turn this hell
Into a happy home
What happened to the good old days
When we never had problems
We used to be good at making up
But now we can't solve 'em
No
Now the rain won't slow down
And the sun won't come out
And all that we have to say is
First there was fire
Burnt a hole through our heart and then
And then came the water
Fallen down there's no way to win
First when our world shattered
There was no way out of the cold
Now we know
I guess that's what happens when there's
Natural disasters
I'ts just like a flood came in and washed away
The pieces of us we thought could never break
Now I see and I can't believe now were under siege
And all that we can say
First there was fire
Burnt a hole through our heart and then
And then came the water
Fallen down there's no way to win
First when our world shattered
There was no way out of the cold
Now we know
I guess that's what happens when there's
Natural disasters
