The Voice Upon the Waters

The End of Science 2013-08-01

专辑简介

The End of Science专辑介绍:"The Voice Upon the Waters" is the 4th album by The End of Science and the first collaboration of Greg and Ianthe Mauro. With this album TEOS introduces lyrics and vocals to its otherwise instrumental ideal of past releases and seeks to expand and blur its post-rock roots. Blending the sounds and structures of post-rock, classical, minimalism, European folk, blues and punk, each song tests the boundaries of traditional song writing and swirls with the usual epic intensity and emotion of TEOS. "The Voice Upon the Waters" takes a listener on a uniquely surreal and passionate journey through drama, philosophy and sound. All music written and performed by Greg Mauro except as noted. All lyrics written by Greg Mauro and Ianthe Mauro except as noted. All vocals performed by Ianthe except as noted. Ambient composition: Alex Mauro aka blakblakblak on "Esme" Drums: M.B.
